Body measurements, weight monitoring, and body fat testing shows the progress you made. Therefore, it is easier to make the changes necessary to help reach your goals and stay motivated. We will keep a measurement log and give you the option to take a picture at the beginning of the program and every four weeks.
Results are realistically tracked by testing your body fat and taking measurements so you can see your progress. Measurements are offered with personal and semi training packages. For an extra charge it may be added to other training packages
