With every client  we set up a nutrition meeting where we talk about proper fueling, weight management, healthy snacking, food prep and recipes to help you reach your goal.

We keep track of your progress monthly by taking measurements when you first start and also your body fat percentage so we can determine your lean mass and see it increasing while your are melting the fat. You can see your progress and stay motivated that way!
