The Rise & Grind

​​12 Exercises, 3 rounds of Lifting Functional Training, Core training, and Conditioning.  

There is more lifting involved in these sessions in order for you to build muscle that will allow you to boost your metabolism and burn fat even after training. You will become a calorie burning machine and you will see results that will last. The conditioning part of the training session will help burn more calories and improve cardiovascular health while getting you in a better overall shape.
