Mommy Fit Camp allows mothers to take a forty-five minute break from their extremely busy schedule to work towards getting back to their prenatal weight and appearance.
The mothers can exercise with their little ones in a safe, encouraging and fun environment. This is geared to be something that mothers and babies look forward to. It is a great way to interact with other mothers and babies, as well as getting in a great workout.
