Our Elite Post Rehab Approach
Depending on the athlete's injury or recovery we prioritize range of motion and pain tolerance to apply to correct protocol that will allow a full recovery after they are cleared for post rehab by their physician or physical therapist. We do not push our client physically or challenge them if they don't feel comfortable.
We offer in addition to Post Rehab the option to keep training other muscle groups while waiting on full recovery. We help the athlete to keep making gains and stay in a great spirit so he or she stays positive.
