At The Grind, we train for strength and conditioning while also implementing workouts and drills for athletes' individual sports. Our Team Training Approach
Sport-specific workouts are developed to help athletes develop strength and skills necessary for their team's sport. Team training promotes higher performance, team chemistry and most importantly, they have fun working together. Likewise, training with your team allows for easier transportation, as kids and coaches can set up carpools and other systems to get to the gym on a regular basis.
